Copyright & ownership

Effective September 17, 2026

Aevra displays artwork that belongs to other people. This page sets out who owns what: the app itself, the things you post, and the NFT artwork Aevra renders. If you want to report infringement, that process lives on the Copyright & DMCA page.

The app itself

Aevra — the software, the interface, the layouts, the frame and adornment designs, the written copy, the Aevra name, wordmark, sigil and logo — is © 2026 Alan Geleff. All rights reserved except where stated on this page or granted in the Terms of Service.

You may use Aevra as an end user under the Terms of Service. That permission does not transfer any ownership, and it does not let you copy, resell, redistribute, decompile or build a competing service from the app or its assets.

Your content stays yours

Posts, comments, curator notes, exhibits, folios, your handle, bio and avatar remain yours. Aevra claims no ownership of them.

By posting, you give Aevra a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce and display that content for the sole purpose of operating the service — showing your post in the feed, rendering your exhibit, generating a link preview. That licence exists so the app can function. It ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already made by others, and for what the law requires us to retain. The full wording is in the Terms of Service.

NFT artwork

This is the part that matters most on Aevra, so it is worth being exact.

Trade marks

Aevra, the Aevra wordmark and the Aevra sigil are trade marks of Alan Geleff. Other names, logos, chain marks and project marks shown in the app — including wallet, marketplace and blockchain brands — belong to their respective owners and appear for identification only. Their appearance does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement in either direction.

Open-source components

Aevra is built on open-source software and is grateful for it. Components include:
